I am very pleased to now be a licensed massage therapist through NCBTMB. I specialize in Sports Massage, Swedish massage and Deep Tissue work. It is my goal to customize my massage services to meet the needs of my clients to the best of my ability. It is very important to me to continue my education.
I have always been drawn to the health and fitness lifestyle. With my love of God, people, and wellness I pursued that arena by becoming a personal trainer in 2000. It is my hope to channel my growing knowledge, skills, and high energy level into a more encompassing and holistic wellness approach for all of my clients.
On a personal note I have been happily married for 19 years to my loving husband Jeff and we have 2 boys which are the joy of our lives. As a Christian I want to serve others. Most of all I want to be a example of how to have faith and trust in God for all things. My life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will direct your path.
