Q: Do you require draping?
A: In order to keep a professional and safe environment, I do require draping for all services that requires the removal of clothing.
Q: Do I have to take everything off?
A: You may undress to your comfort level. Some people chose to take everything off, while others prefer to leave their undergarments on. You will be draped at all times, so nothing will be exposed.
Q: What do you use for draping?
A: In most cases I use a sheet. If you are receiving Reiki, then you may leave your clothes on, and I wrap you in a wool blanket
Q: Can I bring my own music?
A: Of course! This is your time to relax and I want you to be comfortable.
Q: Is gratuity included? Should I tip? How much do I tip?
A: Leaving something extra is completely up to you. If you chose to give extra, it is greatly appreciated and is a sign that you enjoyed your session. However, I will not think negatively of you if you chose not to. Most people tip according to their budget. Some round up to the next bill. On average, my tips range from $5 - $30. Although, gratuity is greatly appreciated, the best tip you can give is a referral.
Q: Should I talk or be quiet? What if I fall asleep?
A: This is completely up to you. This is your time to relax. If talking helps you relax and get things off you mind, then I am more than happy to talk and listen. If you prefer to lay there quietly and receive treatment, then I'm happy to be as quiet as possible. Don't worry if you fall asleep or even snore. It just means that you are nice and relaxed. No judgment is being passed. :)
